Delivery

UK standard delivery is between 2-3 days from when the orders have been dispatched. Please allow a maximum of 7 working days for processing and delivery of your order. 

EU standard delivery is between 4-7 working days from when the orders have been dispatched. Please allow a maximum of 12 working days for processing and delivery of your order.

Rest of world estimated delivery is between 6-10 working days once orders have been dispatched. Please allow a maximum of 14 working days for processing and delivery of your order. 

* The responsibility for paying custom tax is lies with the  customer. Please note that we have no control or responsibility over custom fees.*

• We use various courier services to deliver all our made to order packages: Royal Mail, DPD and private courier companies. They are tracked. Tracking number can be obtained on request. They normally give us an approximate time frame on when the parcel should be delivered to your doorstep. However, there may be times when delays occur. This can occur anytime, especially around public holidays, e.g, Christmas, Easter, Bank Holidays, etc.

• We do not take liability on late deliveries (as we pay extra for tracked deliveries). Once the parcel has been dispatched by us, it is the couriers responsibility to deliver the parcel by the approximate time.
